Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified CA Auditor with 6-8 years of experience in financial auditing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of auditing principles, regulatory frameworks, and financial reporting standards. This role involves ensuring compliance with applicable laws, conducting thorough audits, and providing valuable insights to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial audits to assess compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, outlining findings, recommendations, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper financial controls and risk management practices are in place.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to advise on best practices.
- Assist in the development of audit plans and strategies to enhance the auditing process.
- Mentor and guide junior auditors, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve organizational processes.
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in financial auditing, preferably within a consulting or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS), IFRS, and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
