Invest India, along with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) organized a virtual roadshow for showcasing Public Private Partnership (PPP) opportunities under the Smart Cities Mission. The event saw 200+ participants including CEOs of smart cities, private sector infrastructure and technology companies, global investment funds and startups. The event included addresses from Manoj Joshi, Secretary, MoHUA, Deepak Bagla, CEO and MD, Invest India and Kunal Kumar, Joint Secretary, MoHUA.    

PPP opportunities were presented by CEOs from 10 key Smart Cities across four sectors, namely urban transport, commercial infrastructure & hospitality, education and energy. Additionally, the Smart Cities Mission also hosts ~1500 opportunities on the India Investment Grid (IIG) portal across 10+ sectors in more than 100 cities.
