The first meeting of the India-France Fast-Track Mechanism (FTM) was held in February 2022. The meeting was graced by Emmanuel Lenain, Ambassador of France to India, Anurag Jain, Secretary, Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) and Rajendra Ratnoo, Joint Secretary (JS), DPIIT. The Embassy of France in India, DPIIT and Invest India discussed three investment-related issues facing French companies in India. The main discussion was held between the Ambassador of France to India and Secretary, DPIIT, with updates from associated line ministries and departments.
