The G20 Startup20 Summit took place in Gurugram. The event, titled "Startup20 Shikhar," witnessed the active participation of 16 member countries and 6 invitee countries, with a turnout of over 800 delegates over the two days.

One of the summit's major highlights was the Startup Conclave, where more than 150 startups, including 30 international ones, had the opportunity to showcase their innovative ideas. This marked a significant milestone, as it was the first time that global startups gathered in India for such an event. The Startup Conclave offered networking opportunities, pitching sessions, mixers, and more, fostering valuable connections and collaboration among entrepreneurs.

During the summit, attendees were treated to multiple engaging panel sessions and spotlight talks, featuring influential figures from the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Visionaries like Mr. Vijay Shekhar Sharma, CEO of Paytm; Mr. Nadir Godrej, Chairperson of Godrej Agrovet; and HRH Prince of Saudi Arabia, Fahad Bin Mansoor, provided valuable insights and shared their experiences with the enthusiastic audience.

As a fitting conclusion to the successful event, the Indian Presidency officially passed the torch of Startup20 to Brazil, the G20 President for 2024. This momentous occasion marked a significant step in the global startup community's journey, further fostering international cooperation and support for budding entrepreneurs.
