About the Department

Invest India is the National Investment Promotion and Facilitation Agency under the Department of Promotion for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. It hosts teams working with various government initiatives such as Make in India, Startup India, AGNii, and PMG.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General HR program/policy development, administration, and compliance
  • Employee onboarding, separation, and records maintenance
  • Employee communications including people workshops.
  • Rewards program coordination and/or administration
  • Employee Engagement & Retention
  • Employee Grievance Management
  • HR Business Partnership (consulting and coaching)
  • Talent and Organization Performance
  • Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) management
  • Data Management & Reporting

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Bachelors degree in management
  • Atleast 2 years exp. Working in employee lifecycle
  • Must think on their feet and juggle many duties simultaneously.
  • Efficiently manage time and value. When unforeseen issues arise, HR Partner readjust priorities accordingly.
  • Fabulous management skills to direct the actions of others and recommend corrections for better performance.
  • Problem-Solving Skills
  • Manage Interpersonal conflicts.
  • Uses planning skills to create HR procedures.
