The Invest India team visited Port Blair, Andaman and Nicobar Islands to meet officials from the UT administration to discuss collaboration with Invest India and support in boosting the investment outlook and business ecosystem of the region.

The team met officials from the Department of Industries, Andaman and Nicobar Islands Integrated Development Corporation (ANIIDCO), Departments of Fisheries and Tourism among others. Potential avenues of collaboration include recommendations for their upcoming policies, developing a vision plan for the region, and providing support in country-level promotional engagements. As a way forward, the Invest India team is doing a series of one-on-one webinars with individual UT departments to understand the ground-level ecosystem.
